The Rock at Jocassee, PickensThe Rock at Jocassee is a complete year-round family recreational retreat. Here, in the beautiful Jocassee Gorges region, you can get away from it all and enjoy golf, tennis, horseback riding, hiking, biking, nature trails and swimming from your retreat home. The golf course is locally known as "The Rock". The course was originally completed in 1983 with over $1.5 million in extensive upgrades extending the course to 6710 yards. Walker Golf Course, ClemsonThe Walker Course is open year round for public play as well as for golf outings. The 18 holes wind through rolling hills and hardwood forests. The last five holes, including the signature Tiger Paw 17th hole, run along the shores of the lake and offer one of the most spectacular collections of finishing holes in the Southeast. Serving as home for the nationally ranked Clemson University golf team, the course offers a full service driving range, a putting green, a fully stocked pro shop and the Clubhouse Grill for gathering before and after your game. Pickens Country Club, PickensPickens Country Club is located in the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Designed and built by Willie B. Lewis in 1953. In addition to golf, the club offers both tennis and swimming. Pickens Country Club is a player friendly 18 hole championship golf course. We have a PGA professional on staff, a fully equipped golf shop, and grille with banquet and reception facilities.
